You will absolutely love this simple but delicious recipe. It takes carrots to another level. Make more because they will disappear so quickly!

Ingredients:
- 5 - 8 carrots peeled and sliced into thin rings
- 2 -3 Tablespoons sunflower or vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Heat a large sauté pan.
- Add vegetable oil once pan is heated. This will help the oil distribute evenly.
- Heat oil for a minute and then add carrot chips.
- Sprinkle a little bit of salt and sauté until carrots are nice and crispy.
- Line a baking tray with paper towels and place cooked carrots on paper towels to drain the excess oil.
Serves 3 - 4
