This sauce is bursting with flavor, use with eggplant, zucchini, fish or marinate chicken! The possibilities are endless!
Ingredients
- One whole cauliflower, cut into pieces or steaks
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- One heaping teaspoon fresh minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon zaatar
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1 tablespoon water
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°
In a small mixing bowl add tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, Zaatar, Cumin and Sea salt. Whisk all ingredients together and whisk until you have a paste. Add 1 tablespoon or more of water to thin it out.
Pour tahini mixture over cauliflower pieces and toss well. Spread cauliflower on an oiled baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes
