Farm Fresh Stir Fry
Inspired by fresh produce from my weekly Farm Box
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Roasted Sesame Seed Oil
2 cups Napa cabbage, Sliced into thin strips
2- 3 bunches Bok choy, washed and leafs separated
½ pound Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1 bunch Asparagus – end snap off cut stalk into 3 thirds
1 Tablespoon fresh ginger -chopped
2 teaspoons garlic- chopped
roasted Sesame seeds
½ teaspoon Red Chili flakes
1 teaspoon Course sea salt or 1 tablespoon of soy or Braggs Amino Acids
Directions:
Heat large sauté pan and add 2 tablespoons of roasted sesame seed oil.
Add asparagus, mushrooms, Napa Cabbage, and bok choy. Add chopped ginger and garlic and sauté until vegetables become soft. Add chili flakes and salt or soy sauce and sauté vegetables until the desired doneness.
I like my vegetables crispy.
Serves 4
